We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a proven track record in filling technical, IT, and software development positions, specifically within the iGaming, betting, gambling, and casino spaces. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, attract, and recruit top technical talent for various positions within the iGaming and related sectors. - Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. - Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends. - Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: - Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on the iGaming, betting, gambling, or casino industries. - Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in the software development space. - Excellent sourcing and networking skills. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
