Job Responsibilities: • Identify and engage potential leads through various channels such as professional networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events and cold outreach; • Providing timely, satisfactory and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to the company’s Affiliates and users, proactively liaising with the internal team, as well as provide improvement recommendations to the management team; • Expanding the company’s client base and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers; • Enhancing and building the company's reputation and business in local markets; • Build and nurture relationships with key industry players to explore partnership opportunities. Job Requirements: • Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, selling into a relevant space such as financial services, blockchain, fintech,or SaaS; • Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred; • An understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency; • Track record of over-achievement in an enterprise sales position; • Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude; • A willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities; • Must be a woman; • Must be in Dubai.
