Responsibilities: - Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the crypto industry in Dubai - Research potential clients, reach out to them, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers - Manage existing client accounts, understand their recruitment needs, and provide them with tailored solutions to find the right candidates for their projects - Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the crypto space - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to build brand awareness and establish valuable connections Requirements: - Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry with a focus on the crypto or blockchain sector - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal - Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a history of building and maintaining client relationships - Thrives in a dynamic startup environment and can adapt quickly to evolving market conditions
