Key Responsibilities: · Support senior traders in managing open risk positions by monitoring market conditions and adjusting strategies as needed. · Learn to analyse market data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of trading strategies. · Stay informed about market developments, economic indicators, and industry trends to make informed trading decisions. · Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to enhance trading skills and knowledge. · Assist in the monitoring and execution of algorithmic trading strategies in various financial markets. Desired Skills: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. · Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. · Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field is preferred. · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. · Understanding of risk management principles and the ability to assess and mitigate potential risks.
