Social Media Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Web3 Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. With a focus on the crypto industry and Web3 technologies, this role presents a unique opportunity to shape our company's social media presence and engage with our community in innovative ways Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our company's brand and engage with our audience in the Web3 space. 2. Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms, including Twitter, Discord, and others relevant to the crypto and Web3 communities. 3. Create engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and polls, that resonate with our target audience. 4. Monitor social media trends and industry news to stay informed and adapt our strategies accordingly. 5. Interact with our community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations. 6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and community management, to align social media efforts with broader company goals. 7. Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track performance and optimize our strategies for growth and engagement. Qualifications: 1. 5+ years of overall experience in social media management, with a focus on community engagement and content creation. 2. 3+ years of experience specifically in the crypto industry, with a deep understanding of Web3 technologies and principles. 3. Proven experience managing social media accounts for companies in the crypto or tech space. 4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. 5. Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing. 6. Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy. 7. Gaming industry experience is an advantage. 8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
