Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy. 2. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Manage budgets and financial plans, providing updates to the Board of Directors. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and investors. 5. Represent the company at public forums, industry events, and conferences. 6. Lead and develop the executive team, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 7. Drive innovation and identify new market opportunities to expand the company’s product offerings. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a CEO or in senior executive roles focused on growth or product marketing. 2. Extensive experience in the B2C fintech sector, particularly with large-scale products. 3. Strong understanding of corporate governance, finance, and performance management. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. 5. Ability to work remotely within a ±4-hour timezone difference. 6. Willingness to travel for conferences and key business engagements.
